Regular cleaning of the filters is imperative to maintain optimum grease extraction. The unique IKV two piece grease filter can be easily removed, split and placed in any commercial dishwasher for cleaning.

M L Shaw Fabrication Ltd offers a standard maintenance package to ensure that your system is operating efficiently and safely. The IKV system carries a five year warranty on the filters, actuators and sensors, providing an annual maintenance check is carried out by one of our qualified engineers.
